Why I’m Not Losing Weight?
Every year millions try to slim down and fail to achieve it. A friend of mine is one of the millions who has tried everything but could not succeed in trimming her body fat.
I’m sure that something went wrong somewhere, because we have enough scientific data and success stories that prove our body is designed to lose and gain weight.
To get the answer for why you can’t lose weight, try to create food diary for one week or more, write down everything you eat and you will get the answer.
I always find out that over eating is main reason for some of us not losing weight, over eating applies to all food, if you eat too much fruits and vegetables you will end up gaining weight. So it is not true that too much of fruits and vegetables are good for our health. A pouch of broccoli has 608 calories, one small apple has 106 calories, one cup of apple juice has 249 calories. Snacking is another reason for not losing weight because we lose track of what we have eaten.
There is no reason for healthy people not being able to lose weight if they do it right, by controlling your calorie daily intake you will be able to lose weight without exercise.
On one of BBC program about losing weight a lady has tried everything but failed to shed fat and she was blaming here metabolism rate for being slow, after running some clinical tests they discovered that her metabolism rate is normal but her calorie daily intake was 3000 even though she was taking lots of vegetables and fruits but her portion was large.

As for my friend I recommended her the following program to help her lose weight. Herbalife products that I used are:
1- Formula 1 meal replacement.
3- Thermobond tablets. Optional if you can control your hunger.
Protein bar and Thermobond is to keep you full for longer time. Formula 1 meal replacement mixed with protein powder twice a day (breakfast and dinner). Simply she should take three meals a day only, two meals provided by formula 1 shake mix with protein powder. This program was implemented for 60 days and she manages to lose 6 kilograms in that period.
When your weight does not show a difference on the weighing scale you should count your calorie intake, there is no reason for not losing weight if you are not over eating.
