Even though Pueraria Mirifica is safe according to study conducted by Japanese-Thai University, health experts are not convinced that it can be consumed.
Thai-Japanese study was conducted on fifty healthy female volunteers. They all consumed Pueraria Mirifica daily for seven days. The study found no significant changes.
